A recent article says, “Obama’s latest plan would not force religious-affiliated organizations such as Catholic hospitals and colleges to provide or pay for birth control for their employees” (“Senate Head Wants Vote On Birth Control,” Feb. 13). This is completely wrong.
Many Christian organizations self-insure. They started doing this because most insurance companies already provide coverage for birth control pills, sterilizations and abortions, and their faith forbids them to support these things.
AP supports the secularist contraception and abortion agenda.
